至高の卵サンド
(Supreme egg sandwich)
◆レシピ
(recipe)
☆材料☆
(ingredients)
・ホットドッグ用パン 2個
(Hot dog bread 2pieces)
・卵（大サイズ） 2個
(egg(Big size) 2pieces)
・ロースハム 2枚
(Loin ham 2sheets)
・レタス 適量
(lettuce to taste)
・塩 小さじ1/4
(salt 1/4 teaspoon)
・マヨネーズ 大さじ2
(mayonnaise 2 tablespoons)
☆作り方☆
① ゆで卵を作り
粗熱を取って、殻をむき
ボウルに移しフォークで
つぶす。
(Make a boiled egg,
remove the heat, peel it,
transfer it to a bowl and
crush it with a fork.)
② ①に塩とマヨネーズを
加え、混ぜ合わせる。
(Add salt and mayonnaise
to ① and mix.)
③ ホットドッグ用のパンの
中央に切れ目を入れ
オーブントースターで
20秒くらい温める。
(Make a cut in the hot dog bread
and heat it in an oventoaster for
about 20 seconds.)
④ レタスを洗って水気を取り
細長くちぎって、③の
パンに挟む。
(Rinse the lettuce,drain it,
tear it into strips,and
put it in the bread of ③.)
⑤ ④の中央にハムを挟み
②も挟む。
できあがり♡
(Put the ham in the center of ④
and put ② as well.
Completion♡)
玉子盛り盛りな卵サンド。
美味しくて、あっという間に
完食です。
